Realization Process Resources:
Podcasts:
Bliss & Grit: This podcast is conversations between two friends, Brooke and Vanessa, sharing the journeys of their own personal ongoing non-dual awakening experiences. The conversations are funny, vulnerable, deeply insightful and really rich. There are also some amazing interviews with spiritual teachers. Listening to Brooke and Vanessa talk about their experience of Realization Process practice is what first drew me to the work. Although they are no longer making new episodes you can find their archives on YouTube or wherever you listen to podcasts.
Non-Dual Embodiment Spiritual Teachers:
Jeannie Zandi is a deeply loving and nurturing teacher. Her areas of focus are embodiment, yin and dark night of the soul. Her Bliss & Grit interview on Embodying Yin was life changing for me. I am really grateful to have been able to study with her.
Sebene Selassie is a self described "nerdy Black immigrant tomboy Buddhist weirdo". She's a Buddhist teacher and her book, You Belong is perhaps one of the most underlined books I own. Her teachings are so of this time, not shying away from any of the pain, suffering and terror of this moment and at the same time always pointing us back to love. Her newsletter is also fantastic
adrienne maree brown is an amazing thinker, writer and activist of our time. Per her bio, adrienne maree brown grows healing ideas in public. Her books Emergent Strategy and Pleasure Activism changed my understanding of the world in some powerful and fundamental ways. Her work is radical and grounded deeply in Love and Embodiment. Check out her podcasts, her books and her Instagram.
